Salvation Army Kettle Campaign 2017

Written by

The Salvation Army Kettle campaign has raised $444,000 So far. The Campaign goal is $500,000  which covers the operating costs for the year. The Salvation Army only asks for donations once a year. Although the Salvation Army did not reach their goal this year, Lt. Peter Kim is hopefull that the community will continue to give into 2018 to help them provide food security for those in need in our community. Thank to everyone in the community who gave generously this year.

The Salvation Army gave out over 4000 food hampers this year (900 more than last year) and continues to provide meals at the soup kitchen and food for those in need.

You can still make donations online www.SalvationarmyGP.ca
